Conveyancing costs in BNE

Hi guys,

I was just wondering what the approximate costs of conveyancing borne by forumites is...

I am looking for a "Walk-in" rate, in BNE. (I.E, not a 'special' rate).

Please include actual conveyancing, AND THE SEARCHES.

So, the total figure, all up.

I am not looking for referrals, just rates.

In Adelaide I have always paid undery $400 and they charge on a time and costs basis not a % of purchase cost.
