I am buying a low-priced Sydney unit (under $200K) and eould like to minimise convenyancing cost. Typically I pay over $1500 including GST and searches, but excluding inspections. For this property this is a bit too expensive (nearly 1% of the price).
I would like to pay no more than $1000 all up this time (ex inspections). If there are any conveyancers on the forum - please PM me with your quote. I need to apoint a conveyancer by Friday the 28th.
