Cooling not working

Hi I recently moved into a property which I was told has reverse cycle. I have only just tried to use the cooling and found out that it doesn't work - the heating does though. Does the landlord have to fix it as he could say that it never worked and wasn't part of the agreement?

I won't need the cooling until next summer but would like it fixed now.

Talk to the landlord or property manager, they might not be aware of the fact that it was broken.

Yep, it should work. Get tough with the landlord - provided it's not anyone here.
