I want to do some serious DD on buying a small Sydney near CBD unit for corporate rentals. Have done a search but have not turned up to much. API ran an interesting article some months ago about a couple who purchased a small studio for corporate rental but that is all I have read. Can anyone tell me:
1.A Sydney agent who specialises in corporate I may be able to talk to to get some ideas of preferences in area layout etc.
2. Any personal experiences
3. I am guessing for finance as long as its over the usual 50sq m. they would take normal rent (not corporate rates) for finance but apart from that no special consideration?
Any help much appreciated.
