Has anyone built townhouses in Brisbane recently? I am looking for builders and so far I cant find any (not sure if I am being a bit thick..?
) I can see loads for stand alone houses but for townhouses there doesnt seem to any builders that I can come up with.
Also, can I expect to get any kind of discount for building more than 1?
We are looking at an established house with land to build 2 townhouses - if anyone else has done this, did you use an independent town planner? If so, what did that cost you and was it worth while?
