Crack at corner of the house

Hello all,

Our house is made of besser blocks. While clearing the backyard, I noticed a crack on the front corner of our house. I have attached a picture. There are no cracks anywhere else.

1) Is this a major concern (aka structural).
2) Who do I contact to rectify this: builder, handyman, or structural engineer.
3) How much does it cost to rectify?

This looks like an impact -- something has hit the bricks.

I'd dig around a bit to see if there is any sub-surface disaster. If not, as Vaughan suggests, a bit of mortar or cement applied like icing a cake will cover it.
