crack in wall apartment block

I am doing renovations and I have a big crack up my wall living room wall in a bottom floor apartment, and the crack is on the other side of the wall now also.

Who is liable for this? Is body corp? Insurance or other?

It is internal but now effecting both my unit and the one next door.

What should I do...

I am renovating the place completely, so they might say that i cause the crack through my renovating?

Should I just bog up my crack and not worry about it, or should i contact the body corp?
