Creating Tenants from Heaven

From: Ray Summerton

I read some where of dropping a note to your tenant letting them know how much you appreciate their paying the rent on time and looking after your property, including a money ticket for them to open and hopefully win something. This worked great for me. Does anyone have any other ideas for good tenant appreciation. Regards Ray

I don't know about giving my tenants a gift Ray....but I'll take a gift from them if they can spare it. Maybe a gift certificate for a manicure/pedicure...or.....1 Year's worth of free massages....or.....2 years worth of Cadbury Top Deck.....or a brand new capuccino machine for my bedroom.....or....

Hi Ray,
When I ran a fruit & veg business I'd drop off a box of good quality surplus stock @ Christmas. Cost me nothing , & gained heaps.

Getting onto the annoying little property faults quickly is a big plus.

I agree with Guy.

Last place we stayed at, we rented for 6 1/2 years. I have seen Landlord only twice during that time.
But every time we needed something (like repairs) it was done as soon as it practically possible.
We did not annoy him he did not annoy us.
Rent was deducted automatically from our bank account.
We had quiet peaceful coexistence.

When we moved out he said – It was pleasure…

Serge.
