Creation of Easement,E-3 & E-4

Hi Guys,

Can someone please kindly share what this actually means on the section 32?
Does this simply mean that there is an easement on this land?

Someone help clarify.

Hi LoneWolf,

It means that the plan of subdivision has been amended since it was registered and as you say there have been two new easements created.

They should be clearly marked on the plan of subdivision diagram of the lot and there should be a table explaining what the purpose of each easement is. It is not that uncommon.

Hi Mate,

Can you see these 2 images attached and tell me where the 2 easements are located?
I can see that one is located at the back of fence, and I can't work out the other.

I know the images are not all that clear, but that is what is showing on section 32

Any help is appreciated

Sometimes there may be one easement strip but two utilities have rights over them. For instance both the council (for drainage) and the water authority (for sewer ) had rights over a 3m easemant along the back fence of our last house.
