I finally got my DA ( Applied April 2013) for 8 X 4 bedroom Townhouse development in Blacktown area (Sydney). I live in one house and my next door is my IP, each on 1012sq a total of 2024. There is a fibro house on each property in good condition (3 bed and a 4 bedroom).
To demolish the house and clean the land is going to cost around $25K. To save money I am thinking of giving away the house to people that move the house and relocate. Does anyone know of such contact for Western Sydney?
