Firstly I apologise that this post is only of interest for a small group. It wont make a lot of sense to the majority of people on the forum however those that have access to this subsidised loan will understand.
I have been having increasing dealings with the Defence Home Owner Scheme both as a retired military member and with my own clients as a mortgage broker.
I have developed an alternative that should be very attractive to any ADF members looking at exercising their entitlement to this subsidised loan. I would like to discuss this with anyone planning to use the loan with an aim to fine tuning it a bit further.
