Hi everyone,

It is nice to find this forum and network of fellow residential property investors!

I am an avid consumer of the Somersoft products, and a subscriber to API bimonthly.

I have two residential properties, one on the private rental market and a DHA property, with maybe a third (probably DHA) at the end of this year.

Hi Russell, welcome to the forum! I would be interested to know if you are happy with your DHA property and where it is? I suppose that if you are considering another one you must be fairly pleased. Best of luck with your portfolio!

Hi Richard,

My DHA property, a 3 bedroom house,is in Driver, a suburb of Palmerston, the site of the major defence force build up in Darwin. This suburb has had great capital growth in the past couple of years and is likely to continue. Yes, I am pleased with the DHA product and their service.
