Hey all,
I have found my self in the situation where I theroectically qualify for the councils "Dependant persons unit"
I hope to build a two bedroom granny flat in the back yard for my dependant sister, currently living with me.
The councils said its OK, as long as it can be removed when no longer required.
Anyone out there done a "dependant persons unit" in the backyard, and try and keep it for an investment property long term.
