Does anyone know what rates I can apply to depreciate a property built in early 94

Hi Adam,

The rate for the shell of the building would probably be 2.5% with the fixtures and fittings being depreciated at different rates. A call to the tax office or look at their website would give you the rates for different internal fittings.
