As some of you may be aware i purchased a development block in Bendigo a couple of months ago.
It has just come to my attention that the block next door is potentially for sale.
Obviously I would like to develop my block in conjunction with the one next door as you can get some cost savings from this so I was seeing if there are any potential investors who are looking for a development block.
Some starting info:
Block asking price: early $400's
Size: around 5,000 sqm
zoning: R1
Currently: has a 3 bedroom house on the front of the block - ability for seperate entry for units on rear
Comments: do your own DD but i am looking at 6-9 units on my block dependant on the final layout i go for.
The block isnt currently on the open market - but the same agent who sold me mine has it, hence why i know about it (he offered to me but i cannot fund a 12-18 unit dev).
I am currently in the early stages of development so there are benefits to be had by all.
