i am trying to read as much as i can from this forum as i am new to property development. currently doing a commercial project, however i am planning residential for next project. Even though i am not in hurry and cannot afford this development in the link below, may be, if my commercial project goes well, i am keen to get something like this.
Would anyone care to comment on this as it looks really attractive, especially after i paid lots of fees for fire hydrant, storm water etc for current commercial project. to be more specific assuming you had the fund right now and looking to develop, would you consider this project?
