I have friends selling a development site in Pymble, Sydney. It is DA approved for 3 Sepp 5 (designed for aged people) dwellings. It's not the best time to be selling, so they have reduced their price considerably. They are accepting offers over $850 000.
I don't know all the details, but I know they have planned for them to be upmarket homes - with lots of quality inclusions. I guess once complete, the homes would be expected to sell at over $600 000, but that's just my guess based on the prices on realestate.com.au
