How much do you pay for land area per townhouse in a development site in Chermside area in Brisbane. One real estate agent is telling me its worth about $75,000 per townhouse. Your thoughts will be really appreciated. Three bed room town houses in this area is selling for $240,000.
Sharing of any of your experiences on council approvals will also be appreciated (say for three townhouses, the min. area of land etc.)
