Direct Debit system for Landlords

For those who self-manage their properties, this might interest you. I have come across a company that will direct debit the rent from the tenant's account and transfer the funds into your account. How easy it that?

Here's some costings, I just obtained from them, as an idea.

Once only set up $2.20
$1.10 per transaction from cheque or savings account

Has anyone used this company or have any experience / stories to relate?

I'd like to use them but would be interested in anyone else's experiences....

Alternatively, anyone else know of other compnaies along the same vein ???
