That's cool - and glad you've moved on ... but I can't see anywhere in the initial report where it said "major".

Just as long as you are aware that building reports will go over the top with "problems" so as to cover the inspectors butts from any possible, remote comeback ... don't be scared off by them and learn what is something that really needs to be considered and what is just simply included "because"

I think you made a very wise choice walking away. 167cm or over 6.5 inches is a reasonable amount of movement for a residential place although not excessive, and that was from a report done 10 years ago if I am not mistaken.

You will find another "dream home" I'm sure that will not have the potential headaches this one might have had. Good move.
