No worries.
When I worked for Power Co Emergency Service we would get calls to such.
Worst one was a unit on level 6 of a fairly new block of units.
The hose blew off flooded the unit and water made it's way through all the electrical conduits to most of the units 2 floors below as well. (Water dripping out of the light fittings ain't real nice)
People were away so it ended up being a break in and turn off the water.
Don't know who covered the rest of the costs.

P.S. Have had the same scenario for clothes washing machines.
