If as per the chart's title the + 2.46 includes the Gold Coast, do you have a view as to whether Brisbane would be much different in isolation?

It seems to have spent over 6 months on a downward slide in the 12 month period ie little consistency in the gains - are they sustainable?

I may be incorrect to make this analogy, but comparing Brisbane to the gold coast is like comparing Sydney to Newcastle.

No comparison at all...completely different economies, population growth rates, supply-demand characteristics etc.

To specifically address the question, inner-mid Brisbane in good locations will far surpass a meagre 2.46%.
