Does any one know the Bundamba areas forecast.

Hi there. I would like to know if any one knows how Bundmaba will go in the future.
I bought a rental a few years back 4 by 2 for $370,000 now on the market $315,000 and not selling. I am thinking of rentingit again.

Will this ever go up in the future?

Providing all the underlying fundamentals remain the same, how it's performed over the past 10-15 years will give you a pretty good indication on its future performance.

Have you checked those, and what have you found?

Ipswich tends to swing with the market. Doesn't seem to have moved much from the bottom at present. Brisbane started to move 21 months ago, Ipswich tends to follow a year or 2 later. Doesn't mean it will this time, but usually does.
