Does anyone own properties with Special Building Overlay?

Hi,

Does anyone own properties with Special Building Overlay (SBO)? i.e. a slight increase in the % chance of flooding.

In the area that I've been looking in, North East Mebourne, I have not seen a notable decline in prices for properties that have SBO.

As this is actually pretty common, perhaps someone here owns a VIC property which also has this overlay. If so, I would like to hear your views.

Has anyone seen evidence of valuations coming up short for SBO properties? If this is the case, this may cause issues when we try to get finance.

Is this something that we should discount the property for? If so, how much.
