If I have my terminology right, semi-detached duplex being a house that is generally symmetrical but physically separated by a big wall.
Anyway if someone has DA to sub-divide does it also translate to building a semi-detached? Or does a sub-division DA pertain ONLY to two completely separate houses, and a semi-detached requires a different type of approval?
