Don't waste it. :o)

From: Asy .

Found this while roaming around on the net, thought I'd share it with you all...

Imagine there is a bank which credits your account each morning with $86,400; carries over no balance from day to day, allows you to keep no cash balance, and every evening cancels whatever part of the amount you had failed to use during the day.

What would you do? Draw out every cent, of course! Well, everyone has such a bank.

Its name is TIME. Every morning, it credits you with 86,400 seconds. Every night it writes off, as lost, whatever of this you have failed to invest to good purpose.
It carries over no balance.
It allows no overdraft.
Each day it opens a new account for you.
Each night it burns the records of the day.
If you fail to use the day's deposits, the loss is yours.
There is no going back.
There is no drawing against the "tomorrow".
You must live in the present on today's deposits.
Invest it so as to get from it the utmost in health, happiness and success!

Bears thought...

enjoy.

Good one Asy! Maybe we should start a new thread entitled REFLECTIONS or something like that (Other guru sites have them). Love all this food for thought stuff...
Cheers, Jacque :)

Great stuff Asy,

But heres another thought for you. How much of those credits each day are actually ours to enjoy???

Those people who are still in Rat Race or who are still members of the "40/40 Club" (that is 40 hours per week for 40 years of their life), just how many credits do they really have for themselves to enjoy??

So really we all come into this world with full credits & leave this world in Full credits but somewhere in between due to our rat race existence we are actually being duped & debited from those credits.

Its through our passive investment structures set up whilst still in the rat race, that we actually buy back our credits which were rightfully ours in the first place.

So in effect, whilst still in the Rat Race, those smarter ones are investing in their futures and buying back "Time".

Its just that some people do it faster than others.

Happy Investing,
Rixter :)

Rix,

Then as an investor you should know about leverage.

Leverage isnt just about money, its about time too.

If you dont have enough time, you leverage someone elses.

This could be as simple as information agents in the area of the type of deals you're interested in and having them contact you when something comes up.
