Drivers of Inner City Demand

Many of you may be familiar with the Melbourne Residential Monitor available at www.macroplan.com.au. I now need your help as I am writing a report in regard to the drivers of 'investor demand' in the inner city (ie. purchasing decisions, yield versus capital appreciation, locational requirements, scale of development, etc,.)

Any commentary would be appreciated.

Sorry to disagree with you on your previous point, but seminars are _the_ biggest driver of CBD hovel prices.
