If you believe predictions, Linderman is stating that Tuart Hill (units) will boom in 2015 and currently a rising market in this area. I think sub $300K is pretty hot.
It really depends a lot on the individual suburb, street and property. Generally (very generally), obviously you want as much of a land component as you can, especially in Perth these days.
