Where would be the best suburb in WA to buy a duplex, villa or unit?
Mainly for capital gain..

Also what would be your opinion on the market in perth at the moment?

300K - 350K,

Not sure what would be the difference between a duplex, villa, unit in terms of potential.

More stock on the market at the moment so I personally think its a buyers market, good for you.

If you believe predictions, Linderman is stating that Tuart Hill (units) will boom in 2015 and currently a rising market in this area. I think sub $300K is pretty hot.

It really depends a lot on the individual suburb, street and property. Generally (very generally), obviously you want as much of a land component as you can, especially in Perth these days.
