Has anyone heard of Dympha Boholt or has been her student? Is she a scammer or legit?

There's been a few threads on Dymphna over the years, a few of them quite recently. It's worth doing a search.

She's currently do her annual seminar circuit around the nation.

Her education is quite good. I got her books for $7 and they're quite good. She makes good money from education but I know a few people who have done her course and joined her network and have good properties that gave them immediate equity and great cashflow. I went to her seminar on saturday and found it quite educational, especially the part about not buying in your own name.

I have met/know several people who have done her courses and the feedback has been positive.

Its not cheap so perhaps some of her books would be a better investment.

The book I read was pretty useful for when I was starting out. All depends on your strategy.
