Hi! Wondering if anyone has done the RWA 10 properties in 10 years mentoring program????

Ive only heard good things and my wife and I are looking at joining up!

Have also heard positive reports on this person, however this was some time ago now. I believe the strategy then was buy negative geared, then positively geared property to support the debt and mitigate risk. However, I believe at that time her clients were buying in mining towns to achieve this.

Obviously mining towns no go now. I am assuming this group is possibly now looking at developing property to create the cashflow??
