Electricity Prices - How to find cheaper discounts in QLD??

I have been contacting companies regarding getting discounts on power. I have typically found around 7 - 10% offered. Any one know how to get a better deal in Queensland? Thank you.

Hi,

Not sure of QLD but in Vic , if you sign up for a 12/24 month contract you can get decent discounts

For e.g.
dual fuel supply from 1 supplier
direct debit discount
payment on time discount

Good luck and shop around 11-14% discount is what you should aim for

I have considered solar, but I own a unit, and I'm not sure if it can be done easily. Has anyone had solar panels put onto there unit block for there use??
