Bez, did you end up going for a Torrens subdivision, or community? Removing the house at same time or staggering the development?
Community title, retaining original house (rented for 260 so kinda waste to remove to build new for a few dollars extra rent). Will build two straight after subdivision. Might sell the other 2 as house and land package (cash up to do something similar) or keep it to build later (yield play).

Definitely worth retaining if possible.

The reform for people under 35 and culling new applicants through eliminating doctor shopping was far worse than any rate increase imagineable. The entire demographic is bust
