Ermington, Rydalmere, Telopea??

Wanting to buy in Ermington...but does not seem I can afford it..What do you think is better as an alternative Rydalmere or Telopea?? Housing commission? Predicted growth? rental returns?

From a CG perspective for houses over the last 15 years, Ermington has outperformed the other two. But it has only done so in the last 3 years of those 15 (2006 > 2009). Before that they all track each other pretty closely.
