Evaporative cooling on my IP is broken just befor Christmas

I haven't thought about that yet, but I was planning to request an adjustment of my depreciation schedule to BMT.
Any thought of better way of doing it?

Are you going to write the old one off for tax purposes?

Your accountant should have loaded your QS report onto their computers so should adjust all the write off's and start the new AC depreciation for you.

This is what normally happens but best you clarify this with your accountant do make sure its all covered.

Just came across this article about evaporative cooling, too late for the OP I know, but might be of interest to others. As others have mentioned, it works in areas of low humidity, but generally the article is not favourable saying it's a very inefficient form of cooling.
