Landscaping!

Dear Gato,
would you consider plating some trees?
something for shade,
something for texture
something for contrast,

perhaps go for a drive to see some new developments, and have a look at their gardens.
Generally they are 'easy to keep' and modern.
take a photo ,

make a map of your garden,
see if any of your neighbours have a nice looking garden take a photo of that too!
bring it to a garden centre,
Ok its a bit of work getting things established, but in the long run pays a good return.

What a difference rendering and removing the arches has made! The white painted window frames and monument guttering will really make it pop. Looking good.

LOVE the improvements you've made with the front of your house.
My place is similar age and style - except my garage has TWO arches and I'd love to get rid of them.
What tradie removed the arches ? And do you mind saying what it cost for that part of your reno?
