Good Morning All,

This is one of my first posts here. I really would like to just compliment this forum and all of its contributions that have provided unlimited knowledge. I have actually been reading most forums daily for 6 months, just reading and learning. I am at the stage where our business has freed up my time to move into fulltime property investment, and with the help of this forum, has certainly provided some great knowledge and direction.

I look forward to the continual education required to be at the level of some posters, and can't wait to share some personal experiences and investing questions along the way.

As for knowledge ... if it were the ocean ... some people still come along to take but a cup ... i like to set up a pump myself ... or at least a bathtub
