Farm Subdivision

Hi All,

We have 40 acres of farming land that has just been approved for reseidential development. The land is literally a 5 min walk to the town centre. Several stages have already been completed selling approx 30 blocks, which leaves around 160 blocks yet to be subdivided.

We are hoping to sell the remaining land as a whole and not subdivide ourselves as we were doing before.

We have put together a proposal outlining the cost for subdivision of each block, details of the land, and the town, and sent it to a range of real estate agents, and land developers. So far we have had no luck.

I was wondering if anyone had any ideas or thoughts about appropriate places to sent this propsal, or people we could contact? Is there a secret business we don't know about where all the wealthy land developers get together?!!

Any help would really be appreciated.
