As I'm new to property investing, I'm not too sure what the implications of the above are.
The property is ~750 sqm and in a suburb which is <20km from Melbourne CBD (north).

- SCHEDULE TO THE FARMING ZONE
- GENERAL RESIDENTIAL ZONE (R1Z)
- SCHEDULE TO THE GENERAL RESIDENTIAL ZONE - SCHEDULE 1
