Hi,

We have a unit which will probably be needing re-fencing soon. Two sides of the fence back on to crown land. Is the council required to pay for half the cost of the re-fencing, or do we foot the whole bill?

Fiona,

Sorry for the bad news,
but I believe your going to foot
the whole bill.
One of mine's a corner block & I had to pay
the full price for the side that has no neighbours.(I think the roads crown land &
a similar situation to yours)
The property's in Melbourne by the way.
