fengshui and property??

Of course not Scott, but I was at auction in chatswood. Unit number 4, most of the people is asian. For sure they dont care about fengshui. Not only the number, but position, layout and few other thing is against fengshui

can someone explain very briefly what features people are looking for in Feng Shui?
why facing north?

...not necessarily North. Every person has favourable and unfavourable directions and this needs to be individually established by the feng shui master... and if there is a conflict between the members of a couple, the main bread winner's direction prevails...
