Need advice on Lenders

Anyone have any feedback on Resimac (NSW) or Adelaide Bank lenders? I'm trying to get finance to either build or buy established. Thanks

?What about serviceability for those of us on our 3+ IP? Who does 95% WITHOUT financials!?! (ie income from other sources). I can only find 75% out there for this scenario?

With a few thousand dollars each time for the Mortgage Protection Insurance no doubt..
