Hello All,
Some help please if you can.
I have contacted indirectly through this forum a financial adviser in Perth who invests in I.P's himself and sources new property for his clients to invest in.
The properties are off the plan developments usually within 10km of CBD - Perth.
A company known as Aust Financial Securities oversee the activities of his company to ensure integrity and duty of care.
A financial plan costs around $1000.
Has anyone had experience with purchasing I.P's through financial advisers?
I am a bit conservative and dont want to be taken for a ride but on the other hand I would like to make a good investment decision.
