She'd probably charge you $10k to find an OTP property on which she receives a $40k commission.
No nhg we don't outsource our BA as both Jacqui and I are Licensed.
Yes i do own one or two properties most in Brisbane and No we don't charge fees for our Broking Services.
Have to admit call me old school but i do find that still a bit rich.
We also DO not recommend OTP properties and never act for the Vendor.
