Hi everyone,
I must have posted my wrong e mail address last time.
The bottom line is I spend 20 to 30 hours a week looking for investment props, splitter blocks, d o'er uppers etc.
Is there anyone out there that may wish to use my services? I have strict criteria.... 1.Always buy right
2. Know the location
3. Short or long term
Three weeks ago I had to let a great one go in New Farm.
P Price 360K. with a spare block of land. Potential to do up and split. 12 to 14 weeks work. Sell land and house profit 80K.
