g'day, Can anyone tell me if there is a specific website or company that specialises in the sales of Fire/water/etc damaged houses after an insurance company has reclaimed them?? Cheers

Well first of all bennyt, insurance companies do not "reclaim" burnt out wrecks of houses - as they would a motor vehicle

The house (or what remains of it) is still sitting on a piece of land which has value.

Secondly, I am not aware of any website that lists them specifically. I do know that another buyers agent, Nathan, on here, http://www.somersoft.com/forums/member.php?u=6253 buys them for himself and other clients.
