Perfect. It really balances out the elevation by having the access point in the middle and allows the rear parking sweeps to overlap each other from each side.

That's great. Bit of an update, we put our site on the market with planning permission for 8 units and sold within a week. Settlement in a few weeks. Looing for the next site now.
