Can anyone confirm if I bought an IP before purchasing first home, would I lose the first home owners grant and the stamp duty exemption ? Thanks in advance.
You wont loose your QBBG (Queensland Building Boost Grant) which replaced the FHOG but remember it is only available for construction or on new property now.

So I've brought 2 ip's first, never a PPOR. If I were to now purchase an established property as a PPOR, I would not be entitled to the stamp duty exemption? Has that always been the case or did that only come into play last year
