First IP - looking at Forrestfield WA

Even though my purchase has already settled, I've decided to keep this thread going for anyone who would like to post any relevant info on the area.

The Kalamunda Shire has announced that planning for a new Urban Centre developed around the proposed terminus of the Forrestfield Airport Link has commenced.
