If you put the rental in the hands of a property manager, they will usually charge one weeks rent plus GST to rent it out. Depending on your agreement, that may include advertising costs.
If you haven't already selected a property manager, then contact a few in your area and once you've settled on one you are happy with they should come and do a rental appraisal so they can advise you on the appropriate rent for your property. They should take it from there and ongoing costs are usually a percentage of the rent which might be around 7 - 9% depending on your area.
