Hello Everyone,
In evaluating both the SW and NW growth centres there appears to be flood risks in both areas.
So the question is, how much consideration as SSters placing into flood risk areas and are you even aware of some of the areas that would be impacted in a 1 in 100 year flood event in Sydney.
From some of the papers that i have found below it appears that there are some pretty large population centres in the NW that could be impacted (Penrith, Richmond, Windsor, Riverstone).
Whilst in the SW it appears that the areas impacted are currently undeveloped.
